Fees

Adviser charging replaced commission paid from pension and investment contracts in January 2013.  Otherwise known as client agreed remuneration, Leven Wealth is committed to clearly outlining the costs of advice for one off reviews, implementation of new contracts and ongoing advice.  An indication of our fees;

An introductory meeting will not incur a fee and will focus on information gathering, interactive discussion on objectives and financial plans. 

One off review: A review of your existing plans, fact finding, risk profiling, capacity for loss and reporting with guidance/ planning recommendations: £500.  If you subsequently implemented a new investment/ contract the fee for that advice would be discounted by the £500 review fee.

*Fees are dependent on complexity and specific advice.  For example multiple transfers or trust planning may incur higher charges. 

Mortgage advice: Purchase £399/ Re-mortgage £299. 

Ongoing advice fees range from 0.5% to 1% on the value of funds under management and depend on the level of service required.
